Job Description
What you'll be responsible for:
- Perform daily reconciliation on payments received from merchants and issue invoices.
- Review receivables ageing and follow up outstanding payments with merchants on a weekly basis.
- Handle payment related matters regarding merchants’ plan subscriptions (i.e. termination, refund, suspension, etc.)
- Perform data entries, record and maintain financial records.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial related transactions.
- Undertake other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
What are the requirements:
- Must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in the related field.
