Job Description

We are looking for someone who has previously held General manager or Assistant to Senior Management level positions. This person will be responsible for top level performance of Shopline.my in terms of revenues, growth of GMV, and general client happiness levels.

What will you be responsible for:

Day to day management of Shopline.my performance includes:

Be responsible for the performance of digital marketing team to generate inbound leads.
Be responsible for the sales performance of up-sell team.
Be responsible for the performance of client service and operations teams
Able to improve morale and performance of the team.

2. Annual, Quarterly, Monthly, and Weekly reporting of performance to direct supervisor (Country Manager).

3. Leveraging on industry contacts and network for business development purpose.

4. Be able to represent Shopline.my for speaking engagements, interviews.

Job Requirements

What are the requirements?

Previously held a senior position (C-level or senior management) in a funded startup.
Previously held a senior position (C-level or senior management) in a known digital agency.
Bonus: Has experience in payments and/or logistics industry.

How will you be evaluated during interview?

You will be given a 30 minute session to ask questions to the country manager to discover challenges we are facing.
You will be judged based on the quality of those questions
You will be given a 30 minute window to share experiences on how your team previously faced and solved similar challenges
You can recommend key team members who have previously worked for you to fill up positions.
