About The Job

What are the responsibilities? 
  • Develop and conceptualise engaging creative content direction for Shopline's Marketing and Sales campaigns.
  • Identify social media trends and create content based on those trends, with a local twist.
  • Write, edit and oversee all of SHOPLINE collaterals which relates with content and copywriting across all departments and channels from EDMs to social media postings 
  • Organise end-to-end on all of the marketing collaterals 
  • Collaborate with other departments to determine consistency in copy tone and style, ensuring that it complements accompanying artwork.
  • Collaborate with designers to develop engaging and inspiring creatives. 
  • Able to produce and design content marketing strategies and set short + long term goals.
  • Create social media marketing strategy and campaign by creating the content idea, budget planning, and implementation schedules.
  • Work with digital marketing agency to implement Facebook Business Ads to optimize results based on specific budgets and objectives
  • Provide social media advice to the agency and integrated marketing campaigns for client acquisition
  • Liaising with partners on new or ongoing marketing campaigns 
  • Setup, monitor and optimise social media ads to achieve assigned targets like CPC, ROI, CTR, etc. 

Job Requirements

What are the requirements? 
  • Working experience in the Marketing field. 
  • Working experience in CFDs is a plus!
  • Comfortable working with external digital agencies as well as building digital proficiency in-house
  • Familiar with Google Adwords, Facebook Business, LINE Ads and other PPC channels. 
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills: pivot tables, Vlookups, and chart building
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Languages required: English, Chinese & Malay. 
  • Effective time management and organisational skills. 
  • Problem identification and solving skills.
  • Knowledgeable in creative storytelling techniques with commercial and digital approaches.
  • Data driven.
