About The Job

What Will You'll Do : 

  • You are responsible for the attainment of sales targets and KPI goals for individual and your team.
  • Identify new business opportunities for the Malaysia market.
  • Manages team members in the day-to-day performance of work, provides leadership, coaching and provide helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges
  • You are a role model and drive your team to do their best by ways of motivation, supporting sales tactics and action plans and constantly looking for new ways, projects and campaigns to drive sales success
  • You actively remove obstacles to productivity and team sales success
  • You are end to end responsible for sales pipeline, guarantee forecast/predictability and maximization of margin through the right activities, process of management and KPI’s
  • Develop educational material, including presentations, sales scripts and case studies
  • On-board and train new business development associates
  • Identifies areas of improvement and to be able to introduce new structures and improved processes as required
  • Make fact based decisions and follows through to completion, analyses and uses data to achieve sales goals, driving execution and initiating action
  • Support the Head of Business Development in terms of assessing sales results, performance targets and report on milestones periodically

Job Requirements

What Will You'll Need : 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, sales, business development or partner management within e-Commerce, Saas or Internet sectors.
  • You are success-oriented and hold yourself accountable for delivering key outcomes, including KPIs and targets
  • Collaborative with Excellent leadership, management, problem-solving, negotiations, interpersonal, and communications skills
  • Go-getter and motivated leader who is able to get things done. One who is willing to both lead at high level and be hands-on as needed and proactively assume responsibilities and ownership
  • Candidate with E-Commerce / Social Commerce / Saas experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, self-motivated, hands-on and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy working environment.
  • Willing to travel as required
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin will be added advantage. 
  • Previous experience in E-commerce & technology industry will be an added advantage.
