Job Description

Responsibilities
A marketing operation intern at ShopBack will thrive in a fast-paced learning environment with many opportunities to learn and own self-led projects and execute ideas. You will support the Marketing team on day-to-day campaign initiatives from conceptualization to execution of ideas. 

  • This is an internship based in Malaysia
  • Assist with on-boarding merchants onto the platform through end-to-end planning and preparation of outlet storefront 
  • Be involved in the end-to-end setup of campaigns, driving and facilitating the campaign operations, including bonuses and reward vouchers 
  • Assist Account Managers by responding promptly to merchant queries and identify areas for improvements
  • Any other ad-hoc requests to support the team 




Job Requirements

Requirements
  • Able to commit for a minimum of 4 months (ideally 6 months) 
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) with an affinity for writing
  • Positive can-do attitude and willingness to help out on any request as needed 
  • Independent and proactive - able to be productive and efficient with minimal or no supervision in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment 
  • Extremely detail oriented and have strong analytical skills 
  • Most importantly, a desire to learn and grow with us. We treat interns like real employees, with real projects, real goals, real responsibility and a real family.
