Job Description

Responsibilities :

Accounts Payable

● Responsible for verifying invoices and processing vendor payments.

● Process reimbursements of staff claims and expenses on a timely basis.

● Ensure that finance policies and processes are adhered to.

● Responsible for accurate and timely recording of expenses and payments into Navision.

● Responsible for administering and monitoring petty cash floats and cash advances.

● Assists in the formulation and improvements of SOPs.

● Other ad-hoc tasks ad requested.

Accounts Receivable

● Responsible for handling the issuance of invoices.

● Responsible for accurate and timely recording of incoming receipts into Navision system.

● Responsible for researching and resolving transaction discrepancies.

● Performing daily financial transactions, verifying & reconciliation receivables data & AR accounts on time.

● Attending to and resolving customer' queries

● Assisting in overdue payments follow-ups

● Liaise with other departments, inter-companies, banks or authorities on matters related to scope of work as and when required.

● Other ad-hoc tasks as requested.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

● Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

● Minimum Diploma level certification.

● Proficient in Excel

● Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

● A committed team player with good interpersonal skills

● Analytical and meticulous for details

● High integrity and able to work independently
