Job Description

A producer's responsibilities span all phases of production: development, pre-production, production, post-production and marketing. This role is part of copywriter, part online trend tracker and part multimedia storyteller. Responsibilities have an emphasis on creative writing and storytelling for our clients across a variety of mediums including social, blogs, websites, and more. Bonus points for wit and humor. A producer must be able to write, edit, and repurpose original client content for mediums including, but not limited to, blogs, longform narratives, photo captions, social media editorial calendars, email blasts, infographics, video, etc.

Job responsibilities:

  • Establishing a clear workflow and follow up process and cross channel communication for updates within the company.
  • Pre to post process for all production.
  • Participate and contribute to creative ideation sessions for internal and external projects.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with a variety of team members, the video and social team to deliver against brief, objectives and to deadline.
  • Ensuring the highest standard of video output across all platforms with a solid go to market planning withing strict timeline.
  • Being the main contract point for all production.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor in Marketing, Creative Writing, English, Journalism, Broadcast, Communications, or related field.
  2. 3 to 5 years of editorial, copywriting and editing, post-production, and digital content creation experience; agency, creative environment or editorial experience is preferred.
  3. Solid creative writing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, maturity and initiative.
  4. Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia 
  5. Willing to work in Damansara Perdana 
  6. Strong knowledge in Creative 
  7. Able to adapt into a fast-paced working environment 
  8. Solid portfolio demonstrating leadership qualities, analytical skills and good money management
