E-Commerce Sales Assistant

About The Job

  • Responsible to ensure the Sales department's daily activities and operation run smoothly.
  • To provide general administrative and operational support to Sales Department.
  • To ensure all sales documentation is up to date.
  • To assist in resolving enquires from clients and operations.
  • To ensure effective and clear communication within the sales team, and other related departments.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
  • Follow up and monitoring on all sales cases
  • Handle email correspondence
  • Co-ordinate with warehouse for daily delivery schedules
  • Documentation (Profile, Catalogue, & ETC)
  • Email correspondence 

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma in Business Studies or Marketing or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 1 years of working experience in operation support is required.
  3. Experience in customer service or marketplace management such as Shopee, Lazada is a plus.
  4. Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels.
  5. Proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  6. Computer literate, especially in MS Office.
  7. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
