Job Description

  • Receive industry best training that will equip you with soft and technical skills for the role.
  • Gain confidence in meeting and exceeding expectations of our global customers.
  • Get comfortable in handling emails and calls and potentially chats.
  • Be part of our multilingual sales-oriented service team supporting our customers on their Reservations and Loyalty Program Queries.

Job Requirements

  • Pleasant personality with good communication, written and oral skills in English.
  • Ability to converse & write in additional language or dialect, such as, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Diploma /Degree holder in any discipline or SPM/STPM/IGCSE or equivalent qualification with relevant working experience.
  • Preferably min 1year experience in Contact Centre, experience in hospitality/Online Travel Agency and customer service.
  • Computer literate and internet savvy.
  • Positive attitude and a team player with passion in delivering World Class customer service.
  • Willing to work in a shift environment (24/7 operations).
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed set performance standards.
  • Open to Malaysians only.
