Job Description

• Carry out daily operational task in an effective and timely manner.
• Track and directly report project updated to CEO
• Cooperate with other project management team members to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Filing, organize, maintain and up-keeping of record for all project status.
• Help problem solve issues and suggest ways to improve the project.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with necessary specifications.
• Coordinate and execute daily administrative tasks.
• Help create and adhere to project timeline and calendar.
• Schedule meeting, phone call/
• Maintain positive vendor and client relationships.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Or  equivalent.
• Digital Skills Savvy . 
• Requirement skill (s): Ms Office (Excel & Word) and Project Monitoring tools.
• Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia 
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
• Good project management and execution skills.
• Good communication skills, positive minded, good team spirit, ability to multitasks and meticulous.
• Able to work independently, irregular hour, adaptable, calm under pressure and under tight deadline.
