Job Description
You will play an important role in :-
- Quantify and qualify sales leads based on agreed selection criteria before assigning the leads to a sales channel
- To achieve individual sales target
- Review current accounts for their potential business growth to determine the best sales channel
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers via the phone – make telephone calls to existing customers on a regular pre-defined call cycle to secure new business and to ensure that individual agreed targets are achieved
- Develop new customer base that is under telesales territory with assigned targets and manage the on-going relationship with objective of cross-selling and upselling
- Be accountable for the entire sales cycle from cold call, quotation, on-boarding, maintenance and development
- Where required, provide sales support to the sales team
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have :-
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Admin or others related field
- Possess a minimum of 2 - 3 years prior experience in transportation/ Supply Chain/ Logistics enterprise is preferred
- Candidate with logistic background is encouraged to apply
- Qualified to work under sales target pressure, great team player
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires the candidate to communicate with Mandarin speaking customer
