Job Description
- Manage the timely and effective collection of all debts and payment.
- Review, planning and implement collection strategy and instruct the necessary recovery action.
- Reviewing and ensuring that debtors are accurately shown within the company's account.
- Resolves payment disputes by gathering of facts internally and communication with customer to achieve.resolution for final settlement of payment overdue.
- Taking actions to reduce risk of bad debt exposure by quick collection.
- Monitoring the debtors cycle.
- Constantly liaising with PIC to maintain customers' current credit status.
- Review collection reports to ascertain status for collections and outstanding balances.
- Initiate legal action for bad debts.
- Manage collection calls.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or others related field.
- Possess a minimum of 3-5 years experiences.
- Self-motivated, mature, independent and strong analytical thinking.
- Good team player and multitasking capabilities.
- Candidate with logistic background is encouraged to apply.
- Good English communication skill, both verbal and written.
