About The Job

Job Responsibilities:
  • To generate revenue from a geographically sales territory/ or business portfolio by servicing and retaining existing customer and hunt new business opportunities.
  • Manage a portfolio of customers and potential customers via personal sales visits.
  • Produce information for Management to evaluate performance VS key performance indicators
  • Ensure co-operation with internal team members and throughout the cross functional department.
  • Meet regularly with the Sales management team to evaluate the personal sales plan/ strategy to ensure that the required sales target and KPI can be achieved
  • Formulate a personal sales plan that incorporates initiatives for identifying and gaining new business prospects and maximizes growth within the existing customer base
  • Build a strong client relationship to ensure that the account performs and grows to its maximum potential, reducing attrition rate and minimizing opportunities for competitors to gain business
  • Continually develop knowledge of SF products/ services and general commercial awareness in order to provide the best possible solutions to the customers.
  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin or others related field.
  • Experiences with Chinese customers or China trade line is a plus.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years prior experience in sales, experience in logistics industry is a plus
  • Qualified to work under sales target pressure, great team player
  • Qualified with strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin is preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
