Job Description

  • Monitor preparation of draft K1 documentation and explanation to consignee or shipper;
  • Respond to Customer’s enquiry based on feedback from SF Customs Agent on a timely manner;
  • Provide administration support between Customer and Gateway team;
  • Ensure duty collections on shipment prior Customs Clearance.
  • Prepare, follow-up, verify and submit Query Sheet documentation on shipments;
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by Superior from time to time.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum STPM / Diploma in any studies
  • Candidate with custom background is encouraged to apply
  • Basic knowledge in Customs Regulations and Clearance Process requirement
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
  • Excellent communication skills and good telephone manner - communicate and maintain strong professional relationship with clients
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires the candidate to communicate with Mandarin speaking customer.
  • Work Location – To be based in KLIA. Candidate will be temporarily based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor (3-6 months) for training.
