Job Description

Customer Implementation Specialist will educate new customers, help solve technical problems, and ensure smooth adoption of our ordering platform.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for ensuring a quick and seamless onboarding and account opening experience for our customers whereby clearly communicate account setup requirements and expectations with customers and internal key stakeholder;
  • Educate customer on order placement via SF platform, solve technical problems, investigate order placement errors and ensure smooth adoption of our ordering platform;
  • Record customer implementation needs or requests and communicate to key stakeholders for system enhancement or improvement;
  • Testing on new SF systems enhancement;
  • Responsible for API integration;
  • Coordinating order placement testing with API team and customers.;
  • Perform detail analysis on the potential & existing customer's supply chain to identify and optimizing their current supply chain performance;
  • Formulates solutions and develops proposals to address the customer's pain point and challenges;
  • Participate in projects and any other special tasks assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Business Management/ Marketing is preferred;
  • Knowledgeable in using SoapUi or Postman is a must;
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin;
  • Experience with web technologies;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills;
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a very fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail;
  • Must be highly motivated and have a positive attitude;
