Job Description
As a Graphic Designer joining our rapidly growing Social Media team, you will oversee and be responsible for our clients’ branding and visual identity, helping them connect with a digital-first
audience. You will also help create content for Serious Women, our own content brand. You have an eye for detail and the aesthetics to ensure that our creative output is on par with the very best in the market. You love the energy and unpredictability that start-ups typify and want a shot at designing content brands from scratch.
Roles & Responsibilities:

- Deliver dynamic, fun and modern visual assets for our in-house brand, Serious Women, as well as for various regional clients.
- Work with creative teams, producers and editors to create eye-catching content across multiple platforms, including but not limited to social media posts, animated posts, short video content, IG Stories etc.
- Uphold graphic aesthetic and integrity of original design while producing a high volume of new assets
- Close collaboration with internal teams to brainstorm effective social media content solutions for our partners and clients
- Clearly present ideas, concepts and mock-ups to both internal and external stakeholders
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Being continuously updated with the latest trends, headlines and social media conversations and formats
- A strong point of view!
- A keen sense of aesthetics for visual mediums like Instagram
- A natural curiosity of what make things go viral
- The willingness to roll up your sleeves to learn and keep on learning

Job Requirements
What are looking for:
- You have an expert eye for detail, an in-depth knowledge of leading industry tools and software, and a fearless approach to creative expression and new challenges.
- 1 - 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a post house or agency environment
- Mastery of 2D and/or 3D motion graphic techniques in After Effects
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficient user of Adobe Premiere
- Illustration or animation skills a plus
- Knowledge and understanding of design and branding
- Serious attention to detail
- Experience taking creative direction and feedback
