Job Description
You are important to us to :
- Maintaining, scheduling and coordinating all meetings/appointments closely
- Dealing with general correspondence with external parties
- Assisting the COO to follow up with potential customers queries
- Follow through issues with other departments to ensure successful implementation
- Process and evaluate all project documents and ensure compliance to all contract requirements
- Assisting COO on ad-hoc basis
- Assisting COO with household and personal business
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
- Must be able to communicate in English & Mandarin
- IT literate, with at least advance skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to work independently, highly responsibly, and also be a team player
- Able to plan ahead and follow-through
- Willing to work overtime and on weekends;
- Candidates who have an accounting background will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
