Job Description

You are important to us : 
  • Achieving targets set by management, creating strategies and maintaining standards for sales representatives.
  • Assists in the development of the sales plan. Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
  • Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning.
  • Be involved in sales and support, and where appropriate, maintain contact with client organizations.
  • Able to demonstrate and explain our product to clients.
  • Develops and expands a portfolio of corporate clients by networking and marketing
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences
  • Gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them
  • Keep up to date with the latest technologies and answering any technical queries might client have
  • Consult with customers and provide technical expertise and recommendations based on the required applications.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service
  • Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction, evaluation, plans, and follow-through
  • Other duties which is assigned by management 

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:
  • Preferred to have experience in Retail or IT Industry.
  • At Least  2 year experience in IT company or Retail Industry 
  • IT background will be an added advantage.
  • Have knowledge in retail industry
  • Up-to-date knowledge of new systems, information, software, and upgrades.
  • Able to effectively lead and energize a multi-functional team to meet sales plan
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization
  • Excellent written / verbal communication skills to interact internally with management, customers and support staff, and externally with customer management level.
  • Required Skill(s): Fluently speaking in Mandarin, Cantonese, English & BM
