Job Description

• Responsible for planning, delegate, organize and manage the project in an efficient and effective manner
• Ensuring project delivery within the time frame.
• Complete work breakdown structure to estimate the effort required for each task
• Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resources requirement
• Delegate the task to technical team members and ensure they understand the concept of the project work
• Communicating, monitoring, and coaching team members regularly and adequately
• Track project progress through all phases and provide updates to top management
• Participating in and supervising each phase of the project
• Perform quality control on the project through development to keep up the standard expected
• Delivering completed software products to customers and performing regular checks on product performance.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints.
• Able to understand technical issues and escalate issues as needed and drive them solutions 
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Follow COO to attend every meeting
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities

Job Requirements

• At Least 2-year experience in project management or any related experience in IT company or Retail Industry 
• Project Management Skills will be a plus.
• IT background will be an added advantage.
• Have an experience seeing projects through the full life cycle 
• Ability to multitask and manage various projects elements simultaneously
• Up-to-date knowledge of new systems, information, software, and upgrades.
• Excellent written / verbal communication skills to interact internally with management, customers, and support staff, and externally with the customer management level.
• Required Language(s) English. Mandarin is an added advantage
