Job Description
You are important to us to :
- Maintaining, scheduling, and coordinating all meetings/appointments closely
- Dealing with general correspondence with external parties
- Assisting the COO to follow up with potential customers queries
- Follow through issues with other departments to ensure successful implementation
- Process and evaluate all project documents and ensure compliance to all contract requirements
- Taking minutes/ dictations/ notes during meetings
- Assisting COO on a business issue
- Others Task which assigned by the COO
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- IT literate, with at least advance skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to work independently, highly responsibly and also be a team player
- Able to plan ahead and follow-through
- Willing to work overtime.
- Must be able to communicate in English & Mandarin
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
