Job Description

• Assist business development efforts to support and propel the growth of ForestONE strategic merchant base in ForestONE
• Acquire and incubate key target merchants, in line with long term strategic plan
• Implement campaigns and initiatives for new merchants to boost their performance
• Directly interact with key new merchants to build relationship and ensure strong performance with ForestONE
• Ensure overall sales target are met through planning, forecasting, marketing and collaboration with internal teams
• Recommend processes and performance measures to improve and motivate BD task force in line with the company objectives
• Directly interact and build strong, credible relationship with key new merchant/brand accounts to ensure strong performance with ForestONE
• Assist in the merchant growth strategies and frameworks with the Marketing Team. E.g., Implementing campaigns and traffic initiatives to boost the merchants’ performance
• Manage day-to-day Merchant Acquisition activities 
• Ensuring high level of Merchant Acquisition operational efficiency and that overall sales target are met, in line with the company objectives.

1. Having an in-depth knowledge of the Program
2. Actively acquire/recruit merchants to use ForestOne
3. Provide great communication with merchants and the team.
4. Prepare sales report for evaluation and improvement
5. Contributes to team effort
