Job Description

• Responsible for developing the corporate communications, branding and public relations strategy content and activities for internal and external parties.
• Create and execute the strategic business communications and leadership communications strategy and plan to drive associate engagement and excitement about the business strategy.
• Create and execute the external communications and public affairs strategy and plan for the business and leadership to build the business reputation aligned to global organization reputation strategies.
• Leads the development and execution of branding campaigns and activities in line with brand development strategies.
• Establishes and enforces brand communication guidelines across the institution to ensure branding consistency both internally and externally.
• Develop and execute profiling events/initiatives to create, maintain & project a favorable public image for the institution.
• Plans and directs communication of information to keep public and prospective customers informed on the institution’s programs, accomplishments or point of view.
• Crafts official statements that represent the institution’s positioning in ways that safeguard the reputation of the institution.
• Managing press relations including preparation of news releases and feature articles. Assists in preparation and presentation of product shows, displays, exhibits and press activities.
• Managing the media in the event of a crisis or issue and providing counsel to the senior leadership team.
• Planning and delivering creative social media campaigns in line with strategic priorities and business needs.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• More than 4 years in corporate communications/brand/social media/internal communications
• Diploma/Degree in Communications/Public Relations or its equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal skill
• Excellent writing skills, including the ability to structure and substantiate a persuasive argument
• Practical knowledge of communication tools
• Knowledge in Digital Marketing is an additional bonus
• Good written and verbal communications skills in English
