• Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration.
• Coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals.
• Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics.
• Negotiate contract terms and communicate terms to stakeholders, and manage, review and renew such agreements that maximizes sales and profits.
• Identify business opportunities and work with marketing, product, engineering, and legal teams to develop growth strategy, business partnerships pipeline and acquire digital content that drives ROIs for the product.
• Develop long-term partnerships within the games and entertainment industry to create and deliver more values and spur growth.
• Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.
• Develop a deep understanding of the gaming market trends and strategies to identify new partnership opportunities.
• Drive the business development to develop performance targets for key accounts.
• Collect and analyze revenue and partnership data related to partner accounts to be presented regularly to Management.

Job Requirements

• Qualifying degree with more than 6 years of experience in the online gaming/digital content or payment service industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Demonstrate experience with a successful track record in content acquisition.
• Has a strong network of contacts in the games and entertainment industry.
• Has knowledge of the online gaming content/industry and its competitive background.
• Has understanding of PC and mobile game content development processes, pipelines, workflows, and tools.
• Good analytical skills, capable of doing in-depth analysis, to provide business insights and develop strategies to counter challenges and grow new businesses.
• Own and maintain an extensive partnerships network in the gaming and entertainment content industry.
• Experience in working with international partners and global/regional partnerships.
• Excellent team player.
• Leadership capabilities to drive, motivate and chart new business directions.
• Keen sense and interest in latest technology developments, market trends, near future trends, and web technologies.
• Good communicator.
• Ability to think outside of the box.
• Proactive personality with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Highly adaptable to changing environment and business landscape.
• Self-motivated and self-starter who can act on own initiative.
• Knowledgeable within the gaming/payments landscape.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
