- Act as first line ambassador to internal candidates by filtering, screening, and actively engaging talent within the company.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Management & Recruiting
- Proven track record of excellent HR service.
- Ability to build relationships by phone and in person with top tier talents.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Analytical and solution oriented
- Has high performance standards, responsible and accountable for all work.
- HR certification is a BONUS
