Job Description

The roles and responsibility of this position (not limited to): 
  • Market research on market trend and identify potential client’s business needs
  • Take initiative to source for new clients in the market
  • Meet clients and follow up on sales enquiries, handling enquiry via email/phone
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Prepare project proposal, quotation, presentation slide, project timeframes schedule and other documents required. 
  • Attending meeting with client for presentation or following up for confirmed projects
  • Build meaningful relationships within the company and outside, ensure company image go along with branding requirements while representing our company to deal with clients
  • Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner
  • Proactively establish and maintain relationships with all interior designer and corporate client.
  • Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or any related field
  2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  3. Good command of spoken in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese.
  4. Effective work organization skills and ability to work with minimum supervision
  5. Highly resourceful team-player
  6. Creative approach to problem solving and logical mind-set
  7. Positive and self-motivated working attitude
  8. Good time management, problem solving, multitasking skills & able to work under pressure
  9. Must have good customer services skills to deal day-to-day with all enquiries and cultivate relationships with future clients.
  10. Must have good communication skills as much of the job involves presentations, conferences and other sales pitches.
