Job Description

• Administer networking system, e-mail and database servers.
• Responsible for the company’s overall IT operations in terms of hardware, software, network infrastructure and server related matters.
• Setup, configure, support and maintain various hardware, operating systems, networks.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problem to the end-user.
• System documentation, standard operating procedures, user guide maintenance.
• Liaise with vendors on matters related to website, software or application systems covering the areas of hardware, software and maintenance services.
• Maintaining IT assets and software license – control, update, maintain and record the log.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior when required.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and/ or Mandarin
• Self-motivated, able to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Preferably Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
• Candidate will act as an IT Executive/MIS for this job position.
