1. Perform all task related to property Sales include attending to customers, follow up closely with potential buyers, payment collection, contract signing, closing sales, handling sales cancelation matters, compile customer information and etc.
2. Provide accurate information, analysis & solution to potential buyer
3. Attend customer queries, and resolve complaints, maintaining good company image and reputation
Job Requirements
1. Good communication skills and able to speak in Mandarin to liaise with customers.
2. Creative, organized, independent, meticulous, driven, committed, flexible, readiness to learn, and good interpersonal skills
