Job Description

• Assist in company cash flow management
• Preparing management accounts and tax returns
• Manage incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable
• Manage payrolls and monitoring income and expenditures
• Manage and structure accounting systemization of digital and physical financial data 
• Manage accounts for yearly audit (submission to auditors)
• Manage company tax (CP204 & SST)
• Procure documents for tender bid
• Managing and follow up with statement of accounts for clients
• Examining bank statements and reconciling them with management account
• Analyzing financial performance by reporting budgets, plans, commentaries, and financial statements
• Evaluating financial operations to recommend best practices, identify issues and strategies solutions, and help organizations run efficiently 
• Providing tax planning services with reference to current legislation

Job Requirements

• Ability to work independently
• Min 3 years of experiences
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent to the related field
• Advanced knowledge and experience of spreadsheets 

• Understanding of mathematics, accounting, and financial processes
• Computer/data management literate
• Business acumen
• Analytical skills 
• Time management
