About The Job

  • To establish strong relationship with business partners with win-win partnership in sustainable business model.
  • To achieve individual target and contribute towards the achievement of the group target. 
  • To effectively apply branding strategies, policies and best practices within the business segment.
  • Allocate resources, negotiate, implementation and tracking of action plans.
  • To ensure reliable and efficient supply of products and services to customers. Effectively respond to clients' needs and requests. 
  • Proactively coordinate / facilitate meetings with other functions and customers with quarterly updates of strategic branding initiatives.
  • Initiate and discuss with potential clients and business partners for business collaboration and branding opportunity via cold calls, email or other channels.
  • Preparation of proposal, specifications and manage the whole branding process with clients. 
  • To establish regular customer visit schedule and market walk plan.
  • Propose improvement action plan who able to contribute for long term business relationship with client. 
  • To conduct market survey in order to gather relevant information such as market trend, competitor activities and customer behavior. 

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English. Able to command in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently without a high amount of direction in dynamic organization.
  • Good attitude, passionate, energetic and customer oriented. 
  • Strong presentation skills with good negotiation and prospecting capabilities.
  • Good interpersonal skill, communication and customer service skills. 
  • Enthusiastic towards the achievement of goals. 
  • Able to perform strategic planning, organizing and provide proven sales track record focusing on growth achievement.
