Job Description

Primary competency

• Photography. You are required to use various photographic techniques and equipment to capture subjects in commercial-quality photographs. You are also savvy with photo-enhancing software. 
• Videography. You will be in charge of developing video content (eg. Promotional social videos, brand profiling videos, FB/IG live videos, event documentaries and etc). This responsibility requires you to manage the entire production journey:
  • Planning: Scripting, storyboarding, budgeting, allocating resources & scheduling 
  • Pre-production: 1. Scouting, selecting and reserving locations. 2. Selecting and hiring crew and talent. 3. Reserving and renting equipment. 4. Sourcing for and purchasing props. 
  • Production: Managing shoots according to storyboards and timelines
  • Post-production: Organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, inserting static and motion graphics, adding music/voice-over/sfx and managing video library.

Secondary competency

• Strategic Planning. You are required to interpret briefs accurately and be able to provide creative and innovative solutions in delivering effective and impactful outputs. You will also collaborate with our account servicing execs to articulate and sell your ideas to our clients. 
• Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders. You will work with an internal creative team that comprises of specialists in copy-writing, graphic design and illustration.
• Management of Internal Studio/Equipment/Props. You will be responsible in the upkeep of our studio and storage of all our shooting equipment and props.
• Thought-leadership and Innovation. You are required to keep up with new and emerging technology which can assist us enhance our quality and reduce production time & cost.
• Resource and Network. You are a resourceful person and have a strong network of freelancers who specialize in each phase of the production journey. 
  
  

Job Requirements

1. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in a relevant agency is required.
2. Active social media user. Savvy with Facebook, Instagram & YouTube
3. Tuned into popular culture locally & internationally eg. viral trends, current happenings, topical content and the entertainment scene in general (movies, music & celebrities)
4. Ability to communicate well in English and/or BM.
5. Proficient in using Adobe software, especially Premiere Pro, Photoshop and After Effects.
6. Great attention for details / meticulous.
7. Good in handling multiple priorities, while maintaining a great attention to details.
8. Flexible and agile in adapting to ever-changing requirements and various needs of clients.
9. Possess tenacity and drive to deliver the best possible service and results to clients.
10. Desire to constantly pursue growth on a personal and professional level.
