About The Job

Research and Planning

Interpret the client's communication needs (through gathering information and research) and develop concepts to suit their purpose.
Use innovation to redefine a brief within the constraints of cost and time.
Present ideas and concepts to account managers.
Estimate time required to complete the work.
Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering info and materials.

Content Development

Work with a wide range of media, including photography, GIFs, motion graphic & digital designs.
Develop motion graphic, video & interactive designs (for usage on social media, company websites & digital banners).
Ability to produce sketches / doodles would be an added bonus.
Present finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers.

Collaborate and Innovate

Work as part of a team with copywriters, photographers, illustrators, designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.
Keep abreast of trends, emerging technologies & software developments, particularly design programs.

Job Requirements

At least 2 years of working experience as Motion Graphic Designer
Able to work with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects is a MUST – premiere pro and Final Cut Pro is a bonus).
Inspired, hungry and crazy (in a good way) to work on graphic designs for popular brands (eg. Pepsi, Calpis & Sushi King).
To be aware and up-to-date with trends on social media, motion graphic design, film/entertainment and a form of art which you are passionate about.
Always thinking of innovative out of the box solutions especially when contributing ideas & concepts.
Active social media user. Savvy with Facebook, Instagram, Tick Tok, Twitter & YouTube
Able to work in an English / BM speaking environment and a workspace with an open culture.
Able to handle rejection from clients or account managers.
Has great attention to detail.
Punctual & deadline oriented.
Proactive in presenting or 'pitching' their ideas and designs to the agency director and/or prospective clients.
