Job Description

• To promote and sell the company’s project in Melaka and in roadshows held in Malaysia or overseas
• Occasional stationing in Melaka showroom
• Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies/activities set by sales & marketing managers.
• Clearly grasp the key benefits of the project to sell to prospects.
• Provide technical project information & conduct presentation to customers.
• To build on and maintain good relationship with customers and potential buyers
• Identify leads (online and offline) to expand customer base locally and internationally
• Follow up with all leads via CRM and target sales conversion as a key KPI
• Fulfill sales target with roadshow, telemarketing and online facebook/Linkedin and other social media channels.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma and above or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the property related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executive or Real Estate Agents specialized or experienced in Sales & Marketing for Property / Real Estate industry.
• Good interpersonal, Self-Motivated, Responsible, Hardworking and Honest.
• Dynamic and Independent with Minimum supervision.
• Possess good learning attitude and self-discipline to be aggressive & energetic with passion in sales driven.
• Good communication & presentation skills and able to converse well in Mandarin & English.
• Required Language(s): 3 Major Language (English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu)
• Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation and extensively within Peninsular Malaysia.
• Required Skills(s): Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
