Job Description

• Similar to cafe operations
• Greet & introduce Sandbox to walk-ins
• Arrange tours for the space 
• Explain our services to customers
• Opening and closing of the space daily
• Assist in Meeting Room bookings
• Assist in event operations (requires OT occasionally)
• Handling customer queries
• Accepting packages and sorting mails
• Keeping pantry area clean and stocked up
• Keeping the space in order and clean
• Keeping the space tidy throughout the day, including minor cleaning
• 5-day work week (9AM-6PM on weekdays & 9AM-9PM on weekends)
• Maintain basic inventory supplies
• Coordinate with Manager on community activities
• Handling Resident on-boarding (assist Marketing personnel)

Job Requirements

• Energetic
• Proficient in English
• Basic computer literacy is required
• Able to work on weekends and Public holidays
• Able to work longer hours when needed
• Able to work independently as well as a team
• Experience in retail environment is welcomed but not necessary 
• Excellent communication skills
• Multitasking ability
• Possess retentive memory to remember bookings & daily SOP
• Ability to pay attention to details
• Ability to maintain orderliness
