About The Job

  • Greet & introduce Sandbox to walk-ins
  • Arrange tours for the space 
  • Explain our services and able to negotiate and promote
  • Handling Resident on-boarding (assist Marketing personnel)
  • Opening and closing space daily
  • Assist in space booking
  • Assist in event operations (requires OT occasionally)
  • Handling users queries
  • Accepting packages and sorting mails
  • Keeping pantry area up
  • Keeping space tidy throughout the day, including minor cleaning
  • Maintain basic inventory supplies
  • Coordinate with Team Lead, Social media and Marketing personnel on campaigns, events and projects
  • Able to travel between outlets is a plus (Sri Petaling and Sunway)

Job Requirements

  • Energetic
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Computer literacy is required
  • Able to work in weekend and Public holidays
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Able to work in the weekend
