Job Description
- Greet & introduce Sandbox to walk-ins
- Arrange tours for the space
- Explain our services and able to negotiate and promote
- Handling Resident on-boarding (assist Marketing personnel)
- Opening and closing space daily
- Assist in space booking
- Assist in event operations (requires OT occasionally)
- Handling users queries
- Accepting packages and sorting mails
- Keeping pantry area up
- Keeping space tidy throughout the day, including minor cleaning
- Maintain basic inventory supplies
- Coordinate with Team Lead, Social media and Marketing personnel on campaigns, events and projects
- Able to travel between outlets is a plus (Sri Petaling and Sunway)
Job Requirements
- Energetic
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English
- Computer literacy is required
- Able to work in weekend and Public holidays
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Able to work in the weekend
