Job Description

• Manage and develop new and existing client, build and maintain good relationship with customers.
• To meet and present to customer on company profile, proposal and to answer to customer’s queries.
• Preparation of proposal related document, attending site visits and interviews
• Following up on tender enquiries with client and respective internal department.
• To attend any event that the company had participated.
• To prepare Budget Proposal whenever there is a proposal submission
• To follow up closely with project team on the awarded project to ensure the project is executed as per design, requirement and timeline.
• To convey the messages and/or any requirements of our client to the project team for execution purpose.
• To plan for Payment Milestone which includes billing and collection for awarded project
• To raise invoice through Finance Department. 
• To follow up with client on the payment for invoiced that has been issued. 
• Any other ad hoc assignment.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Independent personality, possess good planning and organization, willing to learn, open-minded, problem solving and analytical skills.
• To be able to interact with customers.
• To have good presentation skill and able to convey the information to customers.
• Maintain high integrity level at all time
