Job Description
- You will build your network and relationship with affiliate partners, create new growth opportunities and increase the return of investment, and bring new ideas to help expand our affiliate program.
- You will track and report on acquisition costs and performance of acquired traffic in regards to conversion rates, traffic, retention and lifetime value. Do important metrics like ARPU, Opt-out rates, Conversion Rates, eCPA sound familiar?
- Troubleshoot with regards to sales and campaign management activities.
- Regularly monitoring affiliate practice and competitor campaigns.
- Maintain and improve the process for partner budgeting and invoicing.
- Attend affiliate marketing conferences in order to recruit new affiliate partners and grow the current partners.

Job Requirements
- You have several years experience of affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or online marketing in-house, with an agency or network.
- Knowledge of Affiliate Networks, Ad networks, DSP, etc.
- You are goal-oriented, creative and self-motivated with strong analytical skills.
- You are a strong and confident communicator and have experience in building external relationships with business partners.
- Advanced skills in Excel and experience in formatting, formulas, and customizing reports is a plus.
- Able to travel for business trips or conferences if required, several times a year.
- Fluent in English. Knowing a second language is a plus.
