Job Description

• Able to create and execute project plan, review and confirm software requirements, produce technical architecture, supervise software development and manage 3rd level software support.
• Manage the software services team and ensure that work is delivered on-time, on-budget, with quality and in an efficient manner.
• Plan and manage software product roadmap, development and lifecycle.
• Plan and manage the team tools and processes, with a focus on continuous improvements.
• Prepare project documentations and communicate regular status reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and resolves project issues in a practical and satisfactory manner.
• Manage project scope and change control process to ensure that impacts are effectively addressed.
• Develop software development project risk mitigation plans.
• Plan for the necessary resources in meeting the project objectives.
• Develop, document and adhere to development best practices, standards and processes.
• Lead, motivate, coach and develop the software services teams, and manage their job expectations, career aspirations, training and development.
• Keep up-to-date with relevant technologies, project management and software development news.
• Support other additional business and technical needs if and when necessary. 

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of SDLC and software project team management experience.
• Must have design, development, testing and implementation working experience.
• Must have experience with J2EE and / or C#.Net development and architecture.
• Proficient with database, Linux and Windows O/S software development.
• Experience with mobile application development, client-server and web-based architecture, software performance benchmark and optimization and software security is desirable.
• Excellent problem solving skills, with drive to measure and improve existing processes and procedures.
• Good organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
• Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude.
