Job Description

  • Ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis for respective staffs, in consultation with departmental head, including assessment methods and measurement systems. 
  • Produce plans to meet training and development requirements, manage training delivery, and quantify/measure training effectiveness.
  • Design training courses and programs that is necessary to meet training needs.
  • Organize training venues, logistics etc as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery
  • Conduct individual coaching and development programs as necessary. 
  • Arrange for the maintenance of all necessary equipment, logistics and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training. 
  • Stay informed of relevant skills and qualification levels required by staff for effective performance, and circulate requirements and relevant information to the department as appropriate. 
  • Ensure all training activities and materials meet the departmental requirements. 
  • Monitor and report on activities, costs, performance, etc, as required. 
  • Develop self and maintain knowledge in the relevant field at all times.
  • Dealing with and being able to communicate and adapt to different people and diverse personalities with a view to improving performance.
  • Ability to multi-task and to work around scheduled datelines within a constantly changing and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities according to set datelines and requirements.


Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): trainer, development
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.
