Job Description
Job Responsibilities：
- Advise present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls and making outbound calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
- Influence and convince customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
- Answering to customers enquiries through calls or other social chat platform
- Co-operative with superior and adhere to company's direction
- Collect customers feedbacks & provide solutions
- To contribute in team effort in accomplishing target given by company
Job Requirements
- Persuasion, telephone sales and closing skills, customer focus, data entry skills, organization, positive attitude and Persistence.
- Friendly, responsible and patience
- Willingness to learn and aggressive in achieving given target(s)
- Flexible and fast learner, able to manage unexpected situation
- Preferably with minimum of 1 years’ experience in similar role
- Hard-working, team player & right attitude to work
- No specific educational background is required.
- Excellent communication skill in English and Malay
