Job Description

• Monitor and maintain stock accuracy properly and ensure all stock movements are recorded.
• Prepare and planning orders by processing requests and supply order: pulling materials, packing boxes, placing orders in the delivery area.
• Monitor of the complete deliveries for packing to the lorry in the delivery area.
• Must ensure accuracy and timeless & inbound activities including timely reporting issues faced.
• Coordinate and schedule inbound receiving and outbound delivery activities.
• Ensure warehouse space is utilized effectively, kept clean and orderly.
• Maintain security of warehouse items and equipment and report any accidents.
• Ensure effective storage method in order for the warehouse team to work efficiently.
• Ensure all incomplete and outgoing goods are accompanied by proper documents.
• Ensure all orders to be checking the quality before delivering to the customer.
• Responsible to support, mentoring and consult the warehouse employee training, communication and fostering an environment of teamwork and individual accountability engaging the employees in daily communication and soliciting feedback.
• Involve in the development of warehouse layouts and labor simulations and effective execution of the same to maximize efficiency and timely system entry in warehouse management.

Job Requirements

1. Must possess Diploma or Higher Education.
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in warehouse management.
3. Have experience in Furniture Warehouse would be an advantage.
4. Knowledge and understanding of warehouse management system.
5. Good communication skills, controlling skills and handling skills the team.
