Job Description

• Greets customers including answering phones and directing customer inquiries to the appropriate party.
• Handle cash transactions between customers and retail stores.
• Assists in the opening and closing of a retail location.
• Train and supervise new retail workers.
• Assist in the maintenance of storefront and retail displays.
• Help stock shelves in the proximity.
• Completes, processes and maintains applicable paperwork and records.
• Responsible for monitoring store activities, to keep track of sales performance and to manage the daily operations of the stores.
• Able to do sales and achieve retails sales targets.

Job Requirements

1. At least 1 year of working in the retailing industry.
2. Must able to attend training for the 3-4 months at Damansara Selangor with ACCOMMODATION PROVIDED.
3. Energetic & highly driven to meet sales targets.
4. Good communication skills and self-motivated.
5. Mature and pleasant personality.
6. Must possess own transport and willing to travel.
7. Open to relocating to other States within Malaysia.
8. Able to work according to retail operation hours and weekends.
