Job Description

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and manage operations in retail stores and delegate duties to reporting staff. 
  • Oversee the daily opening and closing duties of the store to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Train reporting staff and new hires on payment terminals, sales/customer service techniques, brand backstories, product info and demo.
  • Provide good customer service by acknowledging customers, offering them prompt assistance, handling customer feedback, and complaints, etc.
  • Augment brand awareness, perform cross- and up-selling to augment sales
  • Oversee stock-take, stock replenishment, and stock adjustment duties
  • Ensure adequate supply of inventory and consumables.
  • Ensure store cleanliness in compliance with health and safety requirements.
  • Ensure store security is not compromised.
  • Highly motivated and able to lead the team Team player and good problem solver Results orientate and work with minimum supervision Requirements.
  • Planning and staff’s leave, off day to ensure sufficient staff coverage

Job Requirements

Requirements
  1. 2 to 5 years experience in managing the retail store.
  2. Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  3. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  4. Ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
  5. Ability to build customer relationships and loyalty through personal interaction
