Job Description

• Lead and manage operations in retail store/events and delegate duties to reporting staff. (Retail promoters, full time & part-time).
• Oversee the daily opening and closing duties of the store/event to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Train reporting staff and new hires on payment terminals, sales/customer service techniques, brand backstories, products info and demo.
• Provide good customer service by acknowledging customers, offering them prompt assistance, handling customer feedback, and complaints, etc.
• Oversee stock-take, stock replenishment, and stock adjustment duties.
• Ensure store cleanliness in compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Ensure store security is not compromised.
• Highly motivated and able to lead the Team Player and good problem solver, result orientate and work with minimum supervision requirements.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum SPM, Diploma/Degree in Business Operation/Retail Operation/Management or related field of study.
2. At least 5 years of Retail Operation experiences in handling several outlets/counters.
3. Possess good leadership & problem - solving skills. 
4. Must be able to work in retail operating hours (shift), weekends and public holiday.
