Job Description

  1. Posting job openings, gathering information on new applicants, contacting references, and informing candidates of their hiring status.
  2. Scheduling an appointment for an interview.
  3.  Provide payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
  4. Handling staff attendance & monitor staff leave record from time to time including annual leave and medical claim.
  5. Assist in Preparing Monthly HR reports such as headcount, total HR cost, and organization chart.
  6.  Maintains employee information by updating employment and status-change data.
  7. Drafts all department correspondence, such as interoffice memorandums and warning letter.
  8. Assists employees with any benefit claim issues or concerns.
  9. Managing in various aspects of office administrative work which includes maintenance and upkeep of the office, office equipment, stationary and etc.
  10. Work closely with Manager with other tasks as and when assigned.

Requirements:
  • Must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or related field.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and a team player.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Minimum of 1-year working experience in the related field.
  • Have experience in handling the Life Cycle of Recruitment can be an advantage.
  • Possess own vehicle.
  • Required skill(s): Communication and Office System.
  • Immediate Position.
