Job Description
- To perform accounts transactions, filing and document processing.
- To process payments to local/overseas suppliers.
- Process monthly staff claim.
- Assist in timely submission of monthly management accounts.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
- To ensure the accuracy of petty cash and prepare monthly report.
- Liaise with supplier related to invoicing, goods return and statement issues
- Handle and order the office stationery, equipment and so on.
- Liaise with the bank for transfer purpose.
- Assist in all day to day office admin, management, and operational matters.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least have 2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Advance level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software (SQL).
- Accuracy, consistency, timeliness and work well under pressure.
- Organize, multitasking skills and adaptability to changing job requirements.
