Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts and responsible for smooth month end closing, monthly reports, and other financial matters. 
• Prepare monthly payroll report for management approval.
• Compile and analyses the financial information to prepare financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts and computation.
• To maintain proper accounting policies and financial statement control.
• Monitor and support budget, taxation and forecast activities.
• Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Provide training, coaching, supervising staff on accounting entries and ensure all process comply with company standard operating procedure.
• Oversee the year-end stock to take preparation and process.
• Preparation and monitoring of cash flow.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have experience in handling the retail company account.
• Proficient in SQL Accounting Software, Microsoft Office and Google Sheet.  
• Preferably Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Knowledge in Auto count, tax and company secretarial matters.
• Full-time position. (Based on HQ - Atria Damansara Jaya)
