Job Description

• Manage all aspect of Accounts Receivable and Payable function.
• Responsible for handling full set of accounts which includes generating financial reports, cash flow forecast report, processing payable, receivable, journal vouchers, petty cash, maintenance of fixed assets registers, filling, etc
• Maintain good record of accounting entries and ensure that accounts are the up-to date at all times
• Oversee treasury and banking operations as well as handing audit and taxation matters
• Responsible for budgetary control.
• Liaise with external auditors, bankers, tax agents and other financial and regulatory authorities
• Maintenance of fixed assets listing.
• To perform and other duties as assigned by the management from time to time
• Handle payments of staff claim, petty cash, salary, expenditure, purchase and oversea.
• Track and monitor accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies;
• To do multitasks or undertake any other assignment as and when assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

• Able to operate Power Point, Microsoft Excel, Words and Google Sheet.
• Bachelor Degree, Diploma in Accounting, LCCI or equivalent
• Candidate with full or partial professional qualifications will have added advantage
• Familiarity with SQL Accounting Software is an added advantage
• Minimum 1-3 years of working experience as Accounts Executive in the retail industry.
• Accurate or meticulous, responsible and strong attention to detail, systematic and firm.
