Job Description
- Provide full operational and administrative support to Senior Management / CEO
- Drive and manage key cross functional projects happening across the organisation
- Run and support strategic processes across the group
- Assist in the designing & developing of presentation materials
- Review budget preparation and review / reporting of KPI delivery of other relevant key stakeholders within the organisation
- Establish positive and productive relationships at senior level within organisations and have the tact and diplomacy to ensure these are maintained effectively
- Coordinates meetings and strategic activities with the Senior Leadership & Extended Leadership teams
- Manage day-to-day office administration and operations
- Support CEO in every capacity, from fundraising/managing investors to special business development projects
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- 3 - 5 years relevant work experience supporting senior and top management in a dynamic fast-paced environment would be preferred
- Fast learner with excellent planning, time management and organizational skills to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent project management capabilities
- Excellent time management skills
- Very good financial literacy
- Positive working attitude and a strong team player
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with people
- Able to speak and read English fluently
- MBA is a plus
