Job Description
- Lead community building strategy which include researching on different platforms for better engagement, plan and execute customer engagement activities (offline and online)
- Social listening for our brands to monitor customer sentiments, and keep up-to-date for newest trends and news
- Propose initiatives & share feedback to different departments to increase customer engagement and track customer churn
- Work with our Creatives team to create content and copywriting for the community and special campaigns
- Identify new opportunities and platforms, campaign angles that we can expand our community to
- Increase brand awareness and brand presence, maintain a positive brand perception
Job Requirements
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience
- Proven track record in growing or moderating online communities
- Passionate in marketing, building brands and love customers!
- Familiar with popular social media platforms (experience in using social listening tools is a plus)
- Strong conversational and rapport-building skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Creative & fast learner
- Willingness to “go the extra mile” if required
- Team player that enjoys working in an energetic, fun, environment
- Keen interest in professional development and career growth
- Loves to also create workflows, processes & systems that are based on best practices & principles, but also is comfortable to allow autonomy within the team to solve problems as they encounter it in real-time
