About The Job

  • Develop strategies to achieve sales targets, optimise operation overheads and drive conversion rate for all regional brands 
  • Work with the Regional Manager to develop an exceptional omni-channel strategy for all regional brands, including e-commerce marketplace, distributorships, brick & mortar stores and many more. 
  • Measure and analyse activity with data-driven insights, drive operational efficiencies and process improvements.
  • Identify potential partnerships, collaborations, PR angle for regional brands and maintain a strong awareness of “what’s latest in the market”
  • Work closely with Customer Happiness Manager and oversee the customer service team to provide a world class customer experience for regional brands, and strategise game plans to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Product & Supply Chain team to oversee the fulfilment operations and provide feedback on product designs 
  • Coach junior brand executives on their day-to-day tasks and be the thought leader to facilitate discussions and brainstorming sessions.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Digital & e-Commerce, Marketing, Consulting
  • Data analytical, self-motivated, highly adaptable in fast-changing environment and always ready for challenges
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen and ambition to drive business forward
  • Strong conversational and rapport-building skills
  • Strong customer centric mindset and love engaging with customers
  • Team player that enjoys working in an energetic, fun, environment
  • Keen interest in professional development and career growth
  • Loves to also create workflows, processes & systems that are based on best practices & principles, but also is comfortable to allow autonomy within the team to solve problems as they encounter it in real-time
